This is the solution the company sent me and it worked! ---> We are sorry for these inconveniences The knob of grease inside the handlebar joint could, when the product is new, not be spread in the whole mechansim. To thin and spread the grease, is sometimes necessary to rotate the side ball joints. In order to do it, please force following the instructions below: - Take one bare canopy wire - Insert this wire in the adaptater hole - Use this wire as a lever to rotate the canopy adapter several times and in both directions. Do not hesitate to force, the mechanism will not break. for further assistance or information, I advice you to go and visit one of our official retailers, they are able to provide you informations and assistance with all of range of products.

It swivels, it just might be hard to shift out of the locked position at first, if it's new :)

Very helpful - Thanks! Question - do you know if the harness comes in the original package ? we were gifted a 0+ and now changing to a 6+ but no straps found. Purchased the 6+ but no harness included.

Yes. :) The original package is the stroller with the seat fabric with the harness attached, to this is added the 'color pack' which is the canopy and seat insert. When the original users used the 0+ set, they probably removed the original seat textiles, but you can order them from Babyzen though. :)
