Hey Kevin, The minimum recommended distance from the corner is 6" and the maximum distance is 24" for mounting a 52" TV in the corner. We have a chart on page 19 of our IM with all this info for reference.

What kind of wall are you planning on installing to? We don't recommend drywall only install as it cannot support the weight of the mount and the TV.

@@moves666 I wouldn't recommend it. With this being a full motion mount it's a very risky install, with no studs. With just drywall I'd recommend a drywall mount. We do have one drywall mount that is safe for this type of install it's our EGLD1 model.

I just bought this mount yesterday and spent more than hour trying to put it together so I can install it to the wall but I could not I watched this video five times trying to see how she attached the piece that has the logo to the body of the mount but she never showed that however I decided to return it but today I am reading all these good comments I will wait to see if someone can help me to do that before I return it

Hey Quib, You can get both at The Home Depot, also I found both on Amazon as well. With the socket wrench just make sure you get a kit with the right sized attachment included. The size needed for install is 7/16 (11mm).
