I dunno how people are saying this IDE is classy or something. This is the worst IDE I have ever seen. The keyboard shortcuts are different, the program if goes on an infinite loop by some mistake, we have to close the entire IDE. Thus if you have any unsaved data, you may never recover it. Get something better, Dev C++, Borland, Visual Studio.... or you can just use Notepad++.

if line(50,370,90,370) have x2 of 90 then why we have to start arc(110,370,0,180,20) from 110 coordinate why not from 90 ? what's the reason for that ?

The first two coords (110, 370) of the arc are the coordinates of the CENTER of the arc. The last two numbers show it is a 180-degree arch (A half-circle) with a radius of 20, so if the center of the arc is at 110, 20 pixels to the left is 90 and 20 pixels to the right is 130, corresponding to the line above the arc and below the arc in the editor (End of the first line is at (110,370) and the start of the second line is at (130,370).
