- [00:00] 🗣 Vocal variety and body language are crucial for engaging communication, as they help hold attention and create visual and auditory engagement. - [01:00] 🧠 Overthinking conversations can hinder presence; actively listening to others helps to stay present and engaged in the conversation. - [01:50] 💑 Understanding love languages, as outlined in the book "Five Love Languages," can greatly enhance personal relationships by catering to individuals' specific preferences. - [05:00] 🗣 Initiating deep conversations starts with small talk, gradually easing into deeper topics with situational awareness and respect for others' comfort levels. - [07:56] 🔄 In group conversations where topics are uninteresting, consider redirecting the conversation to something of mutual interest or gracefully exit to find more engaging interactions.

3:00 Golden rule is not a guide on how to treat people, it's a reflection on how NOT to mis-treat others and not be selffish in your wants and desires and level of respect, the lines we don't like others to cross is a better example.

Thank you sir, your videos are really helpful for me, and I really like your voice, you were right about the quote ' treat others how you want to be treated ' , I agree with your perspective. 😊👍✌

You are so awesome. I've learned so much from you. I'm currently exposing the company I work for to your videos. I would say that you probably took the saying "Treat others the way you want to be treated" a bit too far. It doesn't mean, since I like to see scary movies, that others will like that as well. The meaning is simple, treat others with respect, love, kindness, patience, and generosity. Every single person on the planet wants these things. The saying is not flawed.

How do you talk to people or get close to people that have past trauma that has caused them to build major walls and don’t trust anyone and don’t like being touched.

I have this nerve problem. I am an introvert. Now I am applying to a call center job and I really get nervous when talking to people and I shake a lot. I want to improve myself by conquering my weakness

Great stuff...except the love languages part. Some people may like the hypothesis and it can a bit of fun, but repeated attempts to prove it have shown is no conclusive evidence there are only 5 ways people want to be treated, that we have one predominate way of perceiving or expressing love, or that relationships suffer simply from people expressing love in a variety of ways. Dr Chapman of the 5 love languages is a theological doctor and his framework fits into that rather than relationship sciences.

If you're wondering why your subscriber count is dropping, it could be because you announced 5-6 upcoming videos, which took up all the top spots in the subscription tab, and now people are leaving to remove them.
