HI Richard. We enjoy watching the videos you make, and have just subscribed. Question I would like to is . Do you sell houses in France? You have mentioned that you can help with accommodation once in France with properties that you have. So I was just wondering if you also sell them, like possibly a try before you buy if people are interested? Thanks for making such interesting vlogs. Philip (Wales).

You are waaaaay too expensive for ordinary people, imho. Fortunately, my husband is French, & I’m an American lawyer, so we can figure things out for our likely move, but you aren’t a lawyer, so the service you offer requires the addition of a French lawyer to make it happen. I think you should publish your prices for every step you offer, from legal advice, obtaining a car, car insurance, health insurance, moving personal property over, home purchases, & rental leases. An à la carte menu, if you will, without any grey areas. Not everyone will need each service.

Hello, could you please explain - starting at 11:44, the inference that "putting a whole load of money into an account" is suspicious for some reason? Or am I misunderstanding? We're required to show our year+ funds, and consolidating would be a normal thing to do under such requirements, especially if someone is intending to move long term, that one would not want to keep multiple smaller cash accounts open in a country one isn't residing?? Thanks

Hi thanks for watching and commenting! So with regards to this comment we have just seen in the past that if someone just fills their account a few weeks before the appointment is due it can be questioned. Of course if you have liquified all your assets and are relocating it will not be an issue but for example if you are travelling with an adult child and just transfer 20000€ for his or hers application this could also be questioned. The most important think is to have a clear explanation for your financial situation. If you would like to schedule a call to discuss your situation please use this link calendly.com/richard-frenchconnectionshcb/youtube

@@frenchconnectionshcb Ok, I think I understand, that we don't want to appear desperate (?), it seems, as if we had to scrape every penny to get to the year's worth of French minimum wage and have nothing left? Even though that would meet the rule? It sounds like what I've been learning - a very French way, that there is seemingly another layer of unwritten, undisclosed "rules" behind the already not published rules ! I appreciate your video very much, thanks!

It's frustrating that the rules seem to change over time, but that's just one more reason to make sure to work with a professional team that understands the current bureaucratic expectations.

Hi Richard is it possible you could list your price? If I’m not mistaken I hear you say a flat rate consultation fee? It sounds one shoe fits all? A person just wants to retire, or one want to work-digital nomad, or business? Simple or complex. Thank you for the info, and I’m sincerely seeking more info please! Thank you so much Richard. Alma
