Lovely to share, speaking about grief is important. I keep Pedro in my heart and know he is still with me because we are eternally bonded. While on planet earth I still have time to honor him and his legacy ❤️

What a beautiful piece. I’ve been fortunate to follow you on your journey, and your growth and progress has been inspiring to watch. This will no doubt help Those who may have been or are experiencing a challenging season of their life, and you’ve reminded me of the gratitude I have for all the family I have lost, both parents, my brother and many more. I will also say that your podcasts where you share your journey and experiences with Dr Ray Sylvester, have been incredible to listen too, real sense of who you are, and how far you have come. The world needs to hear more about how to manage grief. Thank you for being you 🙏🏼

Thank you for sharing Pete You do help so many people, your an inspiration to us all. Such a lovely video in honour of your beautiful wife Hannah. My heart ❤️ goes out to you ,losing 3 very important loved. Ones in 5 years is tragic. I understand about grief having lost my 2 sisters,my dad and my very best friend. And now my husband through dementia even though he still living. As you said you need to allow yourself to grieve to feel the sadness, but somehow we run into things tontake the pain away like food or alcohol. But as you have seen they don't work We must walk the journey of grief feeling all the feelings good or sad God bless and keep you richly Pete
