Thank you SO MUCH for having me on your amazing show, Erin! You are an absolute force to be reckoned with, thanks for giving me a platform to be even more transparent than ever and share my story. :)

It's so lovely to see someone being genuine, smart and humble like Hannah Williams. That's a powerful combination. I look forward to listening to the full episode.

Asking my friend how much she made in her role changed the trajectory of my career and life. I can afford my life now. Absolutely crazy!

I have a final round job interview tomorrow for a salary I never thought would be on the table for me. I was feeling imposter syndrome and I’m so glad I saw this before tomorrow- I feel more confident going into this now. Thank you!

As someone who dropped out from a 4 year school after the first semester and ended up going to a tech school for their associates and is back at the 4 year school getting my bachelor’s, I highly recommend just going to a four year school and diving into the freshman experience. I wish I had, I definitely feel I wasted my time by getting my associates and I feel too old to get involved in campus culture now. I would only recommend a tech school if the field you want to go into doesn’t usually require a bachelor’s, if they do usually want a a bachelor’s just bite the financial bullet and get it. BUT, I highly recommend getting a degree in a field that will allow you to pay off your loans. Follow your dreams, but don’t go into lifelong debt for them ❤

I greatly appreciate this content. It helps us see and do things differently. As a job hopper myself, I'm going to give this a listen that way I can educate those who tell me, "Stop job hopping like a monkey going from this tree to that tree!" There's a reason behind it, though I still haven't increased my annual income yet lol

Hey, Erin! Could you please give advice on what to do if your job is not as active? I can be super busy a week and have abesolutely nothing to do for another 3 weeks. I feel like I could be doing more with my skills, but there are no other responsibilities at the company that I can take on. The job is good and the pay is good. I'm just tired of trying to find self-education and entertain myself at work feeling worthless. Thank you!

Hi Erin, I keep hearing "high demand skill" as a tool for leverage and career success, yet what if my skill is not high demand, in fact, it is common. I am in student advising type role in my college as a student worker, mostly advising, people skills, and organization. I do not have many hard skills like I heard mentioned. I do feel a bit left out and lost in this conversation and advice! Not sure how to advocate for myself when I do in fact feel replaceable!

Erin, I know this really doesn’t apply to this topic, but couldn’t find another way to ask you. Should a person disclose their criminal history when applying, like an example is a DWI ?

Shalom. I thank Abba for your ministry. I ask, where does the resurrection come into play with Passover? Surely we haven’t moved away from Easter to forget the importance of the transition from death to life. Naturally Passover is a more somber feast than Sukkot, but the resurrection that we are to partake in seems to be missing in many who celebrate Passover. Any thoughts?

How do I not feel bad about being the new guy that earns more
@jalico68608 ай бұрын
just understand they may not have left the positions for a long time or asked for a raise...... some people are just too scared and the company wont offer more if they dont have to or no one asks. there may be room for them to go up but the company profits by raising minimal amounts each year. i left a senior position and came back to a lower position in the same company and my buddies who never left still make lower even though they are in senior positions above me...... never be afraid to ask for more money after you've been in a position long enough

Open up to your colleagues about how much you earn. That way you've given them the zeal to negotiate
