This is a good podcast that a lot of ppl struggle with, I can assure you it is a real problem for a lot of us, I am a 55 year old man and I feel a lot like Avery so it’s not just a generational thing. Talking it out does help and to know that other ppl have the same issues helps bc sometimes we think we are crazy bc we are the only one with this issue! Thank yall for spending your time doing this and I pray yall have a Merry Christmas and a blessed 2025!

My husband passed away back in June I have some good days and some bad days! I'll be doing good and then I'll remember something about him , and I'm trying not to let myself cry, I miss him so much. I love GOD pray for me, sometimes I feel like I'm so far away from GOD ,
