I am worried about changing my heart posture to put on the love of God in everything I do and showing that through how I live. In what I say, what I do around coworkers, friends, I want to show Christ to complete strangers just by how I present myself in public. Being the same on Friday night as I am on Sunday mornings. Currently 24 yrs old and I am glad that this is my biggest worry right now, because I am not struggling with addiction anymore and it feels good to know that I am loved and encouraged by others around me who know what I really want to be passionate about and who I want to become and that is to be like Christ.

No offense against your godmother but she sounds terrible. It can be difficult because we love them but we don,t like their actions. She parentified you because you had to give her unconditional love wheras she didn't give it to you. Children need unconditional love to grow. Realize that your problem is psychological and handle it by finding resourses on line. This is not a spiritual problem yours is psychological." May the Lord keep you and bless you May He cause His face to shine upon you and give you peace." Again a great wickedness has been done against you. You did nothing to deserve this it was done to a defensless child. Her actions can be separated from the love you had for her. In other words learn to rethink what was done to you. You can disagree with her actions, reform a new opinion of her actions with still loving her. You have the power over your own destiny. Also you were made in the image of God. I dont know if she was saved but she was allowing her unregenerated nature to come through either intentionally or not. If you are the image of God she was cursing God when she spoke ill of you. God loves you, Jesus died for you, you are enough. Never give up

Nothing you could do could seperate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus. If people talk bad of you just keep reaching out. Sharing these things with people who didn't go through it or don't understand it can make it worse. Continue to look for people who understand it. It might take a life time but you are worth it. i want to be completely clean, and admit that i am always worried about my financial situation and where my future is going to be. and i noticed the quote saying that where i worry the most is where i trust god the least and i needed to hear that. i’m starting to understand that i shouldn’t worry about something i can’t control and that i should place more trust in god, but also continue to take things day by day doing what i need to do. i needed this lecture greatly and i will now try to include this in the morning. thank you❤️
