This was a really nice boss battle. I was only level 30 on Hikari, gave him the best gear and items I could, and it was basically a Sekiro boss due to the amount of Eye for an Eye parries were traded. I could definitely see the other characters do the battle, but Hikari seems too fitting...

I used partitio level 44 with warrior sub job. A great hack is that if if you use sidestep to doge an attack, you still get the counter parry. I felt like I was in a samurai fight

You can get a weapon besides the Forbidden Axe in the haunted mansion. First you need to get the Mysterious Box from an NPC with amnesia. I think I stole it in Merry Hills. The NPC should be all the way north, on the right side.

When I saw 1 shield and no weaknesses I was super confused, but then I remembered. Temenos: Latent Power Ochette: Latent Power -> Beastly Howl Osvald: EX skill One True Magic Hikari and warrior subjobs: Vengeful Blade Other: Almighty Soulstone There's literally so many ways of tackling the threat of 1 shield no weaknesses, and I never thought I'll see no weaknesses EVER.

It looks like if you learn some learned skills for Hikari that use multiple hits you could break this bosses shields quicker and use less SP in the process. Watching this video is giving me some ideas, thank you.

Ochette's starter companion scales with her level, but otherwise you'll just have to find strong monsters.

yes, when Agnea used more than 5 times to get the BP dancer. I remember it was about 3% success rate.

There doesn't seem to be an consequences in stealing/mugging people in this game. There's no karma system or negative effect. Which means you can save scum and steal some of the best items in the game.

How do you enter with just one party member?

Remove the rest at the tavern. Gotta scroll to your party at the bartender and you'll have a button prompt (square on PS) to remove party members. Be aware, you can't have guests with you either.

Everything can be cheesed. I did the fight the way you are supposed to with Ochette at lv 40 alone and it was one of the best JRPG experiences I ever had, barely scapping by with like 10 hp after the longest battle every is an amazing experience.

@@MrCharly780 I had some of the most intense boss battles when exploring the caves at lower levels. I had to use every resource availible that i had to survive those encounters. Also, each battle was a real struggle.
