Great video! Do you have any tips on tying new drive bands for a Matchless?

Ooh, good question. In my lesson with Judith McKenzie she recommended sewing them closed. I have to confess I don't bother doing that! I adjust the tension knob so the flyer is tilting down a bit towards the back of the wheel, then tie the new band on with a square knot.
