Have you tried heavy or high-rep (bulgarian) split squats or high rep (jumping) squats and lunges?

Leoniden I’m 7 stone 5ft6 I’m really slim I’m trying to gain weight mainly in my legs I don’t want to burn a lot of calories I have resistance bands and 2 5kg each dumbbells

Leoniden Do a warm up with your resistance bands, so 3x10 banded squats, 3x10 banded glute bridges, and 3x12 banded fire hydrants on each leg 5x10 hip thrusts, 3x12 Bulgarian split squats on each leg, 3x10 walking lunges, 3x15 goblet squats Finish with 50 hip abductions with your resistance bands, and 3x 10 donkey kicks on each leg Would this be a good leg workout to do
