Worked in a physio clinic and kept seeing more and more cases of people lifting too heavy and getting injured. Better to drop the weight and get it right than stress your body doing the wrong thing.

Bergeron Beep Test: EMOM for 15 min 7 thrusters 30/20kg 7 burpees 7 pull ups The original says, the workouts ends whenever you fail to complete the 7-7-7. We do this: if you fail to complete the 7-7-7, continue with 6-6-6 and so on. So you will definitely do 15 minutes. Thats my all time favorite most painful workouts. It seems easy at the beginning, but at 5:00-7:00 the fatigue starts kicking in and you will have a death wish.

Just finished my 3rd Murph this weekend! It’s tough! Honestly the pull-ups pushups and squats wouldn’t be bad at all if there were no runs. I’m not a strong runner at all so the runs are what absolutely DESTROY me

I've heard that coffee will keep you catabolic. I love having coffee before my morning workout, but I'm pretty sure it may be hurting my gains. Especially since I drink it post workout as well. I'm trying to break that cycle. Coffee can also dehydrate you, causing more soreness after your workout and slower recovery.

For a moment I was interested in Crossfit, but the prices are crazy 3000.- per year. You can also train hard in a regular gym for 800.- a year instead of 3000.- 😂

I had a huge migraine after doing lifting 195 on bench press 30 times then 20 curls on each arm, my parents say i have too much screen time which is true but it didnt happen until i worked out.

Fun fact that the founder of cross fit has a regret about current cross fit that teach kipping pull up as pull up standard. If done correctly this kipping and butterfly pull up will result in high efficiency. However greg himself will teach this movement only after the athletes has master normal movement of pull up. So kipping up that greg created is for advance use not for beginner to do as a pull up. What an irony that crossfitter think they just need to do kipping pull up without understanding the strict one.

Man, the immediate contact… I went to a box in Wisconsin while seeing family. EVERYONE, staff… cross fitters, everyone said hello and was chatty. I literally felt I had been a member for months. Then, they didn’t even charge to dropping by. Conversely: I dropped by a box… no one said hello, the instructor didn’t let me lift anything decent.. I walked out after the warm up. Such bad vibes at that one.

The push-ups were the absolute easiest for me. Pull-ups not too bad, squats killed my lower back. My cardio is the biggest problem

I just did Murph without a vest 20 rounds of 5-10-15 each round of 1:30 minute with 30 seconds rest.. with dead hang pullups.. and it still was difficult but I got thru it.

A Migraine and a head ache a completely different things. Migrains comes with a visual aura for aroun 30 mins before the pain comes and you need to go to hospital. A workout head ache is often just a lack of blood sugar or water.

coffee is catabolic due to increasing cortisol... so only use marginal doses.. i love coffee I take a small cup and thats it.
