When it comes to shipping and insurance, I always say to myself "It's more of a pain once it leaves on a plane and when I open my store eventually I will be carrying that with me

I did not expect so much detail and tips in this video and I have been convinced to look into this one day. Thank you so much for the video! Looks like it's your passion as well as your job so I hope you have a lot of good fortune selling your bricks and it's great that your daughter is a part of it too!

I'm in Christchurch and consider starting a Bricklink store this year! Will be following and learning a few things for you and other vloggers. I hope you don't mind if I ask a few questions now and in the future. In you video at 7:28, how do you get the part out value displayed in NZD? It will only show USD for me. Do you have to be a seller? And the link to Spotlight's 60 Drawer Storage Unit is at $35 from $50 at the moment. That a good price or have you seen it cheaper?

Happy to answer questions from time to time and if you want to do a proper 1 to 1 chat there is a link in the description. I can get far more specific and everyone is at a different space. Before starting out consider lots of the things in this video and I’d encourage you to watch other sellers to see whether Bricklink is the one you want to do or whether another platform is better for you. You should get it in NZD if you are logged in and your currency is set to NZD. $35 is the normal discount they give - never pay full price, you can sign up as a member and they often send voucher codes. We’ve bought for as low as $30-$33

Just a quick question. When someone buys a set. Do you take it apart and ship the piecies, ship the set as a whole or take the set apart in big sections. (For example in modular buildings separate the floors. I am starting a store and I am planning on selling the Ninjago city docks which is a pretty big set.
@kiwibrickexchange4 ай бұрын
I don’t normally sell sets, but if it was used I would definitely send as pieces - you would need to check everything was there anyway. From a customers perspective they are wanting the set to build so would be a bit strange if it turned up already built.
