I just used to cover that outlet hole with my hand then pump the primer and you'll hear a release. :)

@@RumballsFishroom I have the UVC one thanks so much, so many times I've had issues and this was so much easier. Had to use screw drivers but apart from that all good!

Is the aqueone Canister better then the sunsun filter the one on your right? What size filter is that sunsun? Also how often do you clean the filters? Once a month?

The sunsun is smaller than the aquaone way smaller and mine leaked brand new (sunsun) i clean them every 3 months

You need to also clean your hose's as well... That's why your tank us cloudy...

The transformer caught fire after 5 years of operation. problem when changing the wool in the filter. The gasket on the pump head comes off quickly. It is made of low quality plastic. I would not recommend anyone to buy it because the spare parts are expensive and it is made of bad material. aqua one 2400 is better than aqua one 2700.

I don't like those canister filters, I prefer the FX6. They are not very powerful when you measure the water flow rate at the tank outlet, when compared with the FX6 flow rate at the tank outlet. I guess there is a cost difference.....
