Thank you so much for this helpful video, any idea's how to open them nasty Delphi e.c.u 's esp those manufactured in eastern Europe that appear to have that Devilish bonding that is near on impossible to break open, also how can i easily remove both sides of the e.c.u housing ? Bless 🙂

Is that a neutral silicon that you use to seal the ECU?

HI, the silicone is an automotive silicone with a higher heat rating than most due to the heat that some ECUs experience during both operation and location within the engine bay in some vehicles. It's is not a neutral one, this is a similar silicone to that use by many vehicle component manufacturers.

Bruh how to open the other side like take out the circuit board completely ohgosh

Very carefully! It really depends on the ECU as to the method to remove the circuit board completely, but essentially its the same process. Ensure all screws are out of the board and very slowly pry the circuit board up from the edges, ensuring that you do not push any tools you are using passed the earth strip on the edge of the circuit board. Oh... and lots of patience.
