Mine is now making a noise. Paper won’t go in and the top 2 buttons are red. Any suggestions? Thanks

I’ve never had mine making a weird noise. The two lights will be red at first and then when it’s warmed up after 4-5 minutes a blue bottom will come and it means that it’s ready to use.
