Sir but in the POA there are some other points also which clearly says that they have a power of selling buying and all other necessary actions they can take behalf of person so what about that and sebi clearly said that if we are legally giveing any power to any broker if in future any thing happens you are liable we can't say that is wrong done with me by broker because if you se zerodha s POA they are taking some other rights and Powers also so how much is this safe or secure in favour of share holder or zerodha s customer.
