How to Open Raw Images in GIMP Using Darktable

GIMP by itself cannot open RAW files but if you integrate it with a free third-party plugin like Darktable, then it can. In this video we will be seeing how to open RAW images using GIMP and Darktable.

I have to use darktable seperate from GIMP. I like GIMP for upscaling jpg images if they need to be bigger.

Had this working perfectly with an older version of GIMP until I updated to GIMP 2.10.36 and DarkTable 4.6.0. I get the error message that no RAW loader is installed. But it is installed. I reinstalled everything again but still get the same error message.
