I have 2 doubts: 1. kya hacktoberfest me khhud se hi issue create karke khhud se hi PR kar sakte h kisi aur ki repo me ? 2. hume kaise pata chalega ki repo ka maintainer or author kon h jisne issue banai h, because jo author & maintener nahi hota(other than author) repo ka vo bhi issue create karte h, to kya agr hum Pull Request karne per humari Request Merge hogi agr hum other than author ke dwara banaegaye issue per PR/MR karenge to?

@@formbricks Actually I asked these question for knowing the reasons ? And I am not a contributor of formbricks and I am very much impressive with your project. These question asked because of other project or repository which I have contributed 2 weeks ago.

@@kalkeshwaryamsani9638 ah okay! Well in most cases PRs don't get merged for 2 reasons: 1. the code does not match the rest of the code base (quality, best practices, etc) 2. the maintainer did not have time to review it yet Hope this helps :)
