I put the jar upside down. Then i used the back of a spoon like this one. Then when i heard an air coming out i spinned the lid and it opened! Voilà!

The trick was right but still he did it a bit wrong if you are thinking of why yours doesn't open. you should put the spoon/fork/knife whatever you are using on place of the cap which is going down. I don't know how to explain by writing but i hope it helped
