I was trying to seal smooth bags (both sides) like I use in my vacuum chamber sealer; no bueno! This video clued me into using only the smooth & rough type rolls/bags!

So mine does not vacuum at all. Can only seal. My $29 sealer works just as well at sealing. I wanted to vacuum seal.

hello, can the VacMaster pro 350 use generic vacuum bags?

Hello, Diego. Thank you for reaching out! The PRO350 and all VacMaster suction sealers can use generic bags... however, make sure they have full mesh or "breathable" layer to work properly with a suction machine.
