Thank you for taking the time to explain options. I'm deciding on one of your products. Pro prep seems to be the way to go. Does the service include valve adjustment , and carburetor jetting if I told you I'm at sea level?

No, its mounted on a pallet with full frame built around it.

This really makes me want to order one, If you can’t do PDI, not sure you should be on a bike in the first place.

It’s nice to see that you guys put out a video of you guys trying to put them together some of your people that put them together probably do a good job I’ve ordered six of these bikes so far three assembled three non-assembled one came assembled correctly the other two had so many loose bolts I mean not even Fingertight bolts things not plugged in like headlights instrument cluster tail lights you name it they were A disaster I spent more time to take them apart put them back together right then I would’ve had to start out from scratch I really like the bike though I have riding classes for kids and many of them don’t have fathers and it’s really nice to see a company put out good bikes at a good price I just don’t trust assembly unless somethings changed in the last six months my suggestion is to order it unassembled and do it yourself so it can be done correctly I hate to say that about this company because I really like them I also wish they had a phone number that you could talk to someone it would really help in some cases just have some Suggestions but you guys have a really good bike I’d stick with the Orion brand if you’re getting one

If you ordered it assembled or pro prep, 90% of the assembly is from the factory. We would not go thru all of the bolts unless you choose works prep so yes we recommend you still check everything unless you order the works package. Also, we now have a live phone #!!

So if you get the works, does that include the oil chance and such like pro prep? Or can you select both the works and pro prep?
