very surprised to hear someone who calls themself a "coach" say "If this is my 1st time working with you, I'm not telling my customers about the event because I dont know what to expect..." That is YOUR decision to set up at that event and it IS your responsibility to inform your customers where you are going to be. This attitude towards a new market is almost like you're trying to set them up to fail. A "coach" would do what is necessary to inform their "team" or customers of where they are going to be, this is a new market, come out and support us and shop small! If you don't want to attach your name to a market, then why are you there if you don't know what to expect? That is on YOU not your customers.
