As well as the usual great explanations of the topic, I really liked the pros and cons for even doing it this way. I had never thought of having a team use it for expenses. I certainly wouldn't do it but I can see how it would work for some people.

Hi Layla, thank you for the video. In my overview I have a column for revenue and a column for costs. Then I have a 3rd column for profit/loss which is a Formula. I want to calculate SUM per column but the Formula column doesn't offer this! Is there a way around this? Thanks!

There is no way to do this in CU at this time. 😖

The Currency field should allow for some minor formatting but, unfortunately, CU's Formulas do not allow for numbers to be formatted properly. As a workaround, you could use a combination of ROUND().
