I believe there are two types of SOPs: "library" and "daily tools." In this video, I talk about how you can document processes in a way that's flexible enough for a small team...while actually lightening the load on the managers or owners.
Note: While I'll be using ClickUp as an example here, this lesson could be applied to various software tools.
