Good video; one correction though: power supplies are rated for 100% of their rated power on a continuous load. 80% rule does not apply to power supplies (bricks, server psu, asic psu, any). Most power supplies have a small threshold that they are able to output above the 100% rated watts also

2 of my Ultras are now at 1.2TH combined. With the current hash now.. I get almost 1 kas an hour.. ha. mods: removed side panels, 120mm top fans, CU sinks on moss, PSUs. I can't run my internal fans at 100%. She wants to run at 80c. Anything less, the hash is crap.

If i use a 2 usb fans and 1 120mm fan with side removed, you think i can get 600? or should i go lower

@@Lazerdim7000 I'd add the copper sinks. but the 562 FW jumps over 600GH often. of course have a 230wt PSU.

Could someone back up the KS0 ULTRA's eeprom and make this available? That would solve the problem because we could all restore the eeprom and remove the machine from the bricked state. I'm also in the same way, if I had two machines I would be able to backup the eeprom and make it available, but I only have one and it's bricked. After the first version of the Tswift DF1 OC my machine remained in this state, as the revert file was only 3k and the current versions have more than 15 megs so it did not cause the bricking problem.

i finally just pulled the trigger on my first 3d printer. I've been debating for a year or more. Finally it was like for the price i will be spending on the shrouds i might as well just buy a 3d printer and do my own. i might have to bend your ear if i have questions lol

no i have not taken them off yet. I do have box fan running on them though. you will def need some type of extra cooling.

@@MaddioDaddioMining I open all 4 ultra side panel and have fan blowing into the KS0. 3 is using 505 OC and one is 562 (230 power supply)

Just buy another ks0 ultra. 300 watts is way over the 10amp rated.not worth the kaspa or the chance of burning your house down.

Honestly my pro runs really close to the stock ultras. Avg 368gh with pbfarmer software.
