Thank you so much Kris! Ive had a measure of breakthrough over fear; i used to be where you were when you had crazy thoughts. It took a long time to get where i am now. I still struggle, but im quicker to identify the issue (it would knock me out for months). Now it is down to just a couple days or a week. The Lord recently showed me to advert my thinking and just love on Him. Also to meditate on what it was like when i felt the most loved and closest to God. This was so helpful. Thanks so much!!
