Create a morning/night schedule and use the clock app to notify you. I started and my life started to shift slowly but I felt good. I have meditation, less screen time, reading, make something like that day and night

i grew up in the 70s and TV took the role phones do now. and although we spent far fewer hours engaged with tv, the shows we did watch dominated our minds and our play and became our world. collectively. i was interesting.

i been stuck for the last month, but, shimon, ur videos have honestly given me the drive to continue each day. the day i got played, ur videos popped up on my fyp and everyday since then ive watched each one. the way u discuss topics and present the points at hand, is jus done so fluidly that its both enjoyable and knowledgable. if u ever question urself, jus know ur helping so many people jus like me. making us all feel less lonely with our issues, and i hope in return we do the same for u. i genuinely preciate u bro as a person bro, thankyou for doing what u do.

Don’t give up hope 🙏 im 22 and still navigating my own personal identity journey. You/we are young you gonna spend a lot of energy and time trying to find yourself, but you should spend that time living your life! Love your friends, your family, and most importantly yourself. You’ll find yourself as you live the life you want to live, the doors will open themselves with patience and care. Self identity is a slow background process of one’s life as they put their true goals foremost, but that doesn’t mean it’s not the most important task 💯

Hey Shimon. These past 2 years i have been going through a lot when it comes to friendships. I have a friend that i grew up with and i have always seen him as a brother. But the last two years it’s been a really weird relationship between us. We have always been close but he just stopped asking me to go out and stopped sending me messages or talking to me that much. And everytime i asked him to go out or do something he always said he cant and even sometimes ends up being with other people even though i asked him first. And i genuinely love this guy and see him as a brother but even though we have had some close convos here and there. He never sends me a message first or ask me to go out anymore. I really dont know what to do and if i should leave him or mby he just sees me as a close friend that he dosent hang out with or talk to. So idk what im supposed to do. Could you give me some advice?
