This is really great stuff, just started working at a box gym but listening to you guys really calms the nerves. Thank you for doing these videos.

Are you personal training? I’m looking into being a trainer and wondering about other people’s experiences

You do not understand how much this has helped. I feel exactly like this and I know it's not rational since I am brand new. Just gonna keep pushing and enjoy learning.

I’ve been working in gyms since 2011, I still have imposter syndrome and now I just do the reviews and 1-2-1 sessions, so it never actually went away but I am happy applying my knowledge and sharing knowledge, without getting in too deep with clients, as I’m afraid I’ll be found out, or being a failure. I don’t think it’s something that will ever go away. Absolutely stick to what you know and get good at that, but yes research new ideas, and find articles that help you to be at least a good trainer and not the best, you e just got to be good 😊

You would need the client to sign a contract of aggreement first to pay $1000. Im an extreme introvert but would want to be a personal trainer so Im going to be extremely uncomfortable. Can you do a video about avoiding awkard silence?

personal trainer here, there are 3 staples to training chatting: How was your weekend; what are you going to do this weekend; what did you ate today. 🤣
