I can connect with you very well. I was just 8 yrs old, when we moved from Kashmir due to terrorism. Now when i think about all these revered kashmiri masters, i just think how unfortunate i was. But trust me these Eternal souls are always available to elevate us if we have the pure bhava of knowing the fundamentals and have will to be one with universal consciousness. 🙏🙏

A. Paincabhuta - five factors/elements B.1 Sharīra - physical body B.2 *tri-indriyas (jinánendriya, karmendriya, pranendriya) C. Manasa cittatattva - instinct ahamtattva - intellect* mahattattva - intuition D. Atman jīva atma (unit consciousness) It is with the existence of "aham" that the imaginary separation of "the being itself", ie, ABCD... is sustained. The awakened "aham" will have to undergo extreme suffering until learns to surrender itself through devotional process. Devotional process starts with awakened aham withdrawing its attention from A(world/body) integrating it to B(organs). Then withdraw B integrating it to C... citta(mental plate) integrates to aham itself then aham(Doer-I) is to unify with mahat(existential-I): here savikalpa samádhi is attained. Unification of mahat to atman totally dispels the illusion of unit consciousness and universal consciousness so that there is only Atman (being-itself): this nirvikalpa samádhi. bháva > bhairava > parabhairava with the help of bhairavii... bhairavii resting in parabhairava is Ánandam.

There is difference in classical Bhagavad Gita to Abhinavagupta's Bhagavad Gita, as he also added some verses. This is verse 45 in Abhinavagupta's Bhagavad Gita: DVD 3.2 (51:17) इन्द्रियाणि मनो बुद्धिरस्याधिष्ठानमुच्यते । एतौर्विमोहयत्येष ज्ञानमावृत्य देहिनम् ॥४५॥ indriyāṇi mano buddhirasyādhiṣṭhānamucyate / etairvimohayatyeṣa jñānamāvṛtya dehinam //45//
