I have found that journaling is not only therapeutic but also lets you see first hand “consciously” the patterns going happening w what triggers. Its a way of getting the feelings out of your body/head. Once you go back- there’s so many ah ha moments. It’s like having an out of body experience and processing what was really happening during that time. Very therapeutic.

27:11 I wish I ccould talk to you both right now .. like Nicole was just saying about her family was with her.I want to heal, I feel like I don’t know how to be an adult person all of a sudden. Or since mum passed away.. Her words about me owning my grief or up bringing.. not to blame others ,but why it was the way it was.. that she was mad at me but still loves you then she’s gone. Next words were from sister you have to own that it’s urs.. I don’t understand and have no family now. I’m living in an Isolation house called mums house.. No one wants to be around me.. I get it .. the pain is f:!;$,$ed.. I can’t pretend it’s not taking up all of me.. Coz I don’t know how to fix it ? I can’t find help that’s more than a tissue for my issue response from person who’s meant to help.. plus $365 for 45 mins.. Who with mental health issues has stacked of income.. ?
