After an 8-month social media hiatus, I realised that going back into the digital world was reigniting my old habits of phone addiction-the very reason I quit in the first place. To find balance and help others on this journey, I made this video detailing the practical steps I've taken to manage my phone usage. It's a challenging journey but we'll all get there one day ♡
Talking directly to the camera still makes me a bit uncomfortable, even though I know I have valuable insights to share. I'm still learning to be myself on camera and to embrace this platform as a space to connect and express.
