We enjoy him (CT) asking the controversial questions on our behalf coz sisi Kenyans hatuaminiki....Erick asked question - if it's possible for the occupants or owners of the properties to take over or own the management by themselves because they know what issues/concerns they may have, also how can you manage something that you are not part of it or decide what's best on their behalf (the owners) it's just not right and that has been an issue recently with real estates companies in general.
