An hour a forty four minutes! HECK YEAH!!!! I’m gonna watch it, and then I’m gonna put it on again as I fall asleep. Also, it feels a little strange not hearing Candice talk at all through these packing videos. WE LOVE YOU CANDICE! Waiting patiently for you to do something crazy with your hair… 😂❤

And another thing you are not skimpy on your materials , the paper, tape ect... and the way you pack is definitely better than all the packages I received in my life , you respect the people that are going to get their packages from you , you guys are so amazing, you do lovely work, and I love your videos, ThankYou !wish I could buy from you but I am from Quebec Canada and the shipping is awful here, maybe one day!!!

OH NO! You had my screaming at the tv this morning - I wanted to try and call you and then realized I would have to travel thru time LOL. One of the most difficult things in sewing is threading a serger. Most of us have learned (the hard way) to cut the threads close to the cone ad tie a very tiny knot of the new thread and gently pull it thru the mechanism. I have had too many folks bring in their sergers to have us rethread them. I completely understand needing to take off the back pieces but, whenever possible on any machine, just cut the threads and leave them in the machine to show the path. Other than that, it looks like you did a great job and the buyer will receive if without any problems from shipping.

Thank you so much for these type videos. Especially explaining as you pack. I've only been selling about 6 months. Like y'all, I'm an anything seller. I am learning so much! I mostly sell glass and fragile items; double boxing is a way of life for me.

Just a thought… you might want to rethink where you put the Thank You and Sticker. Notice that a lot of the packs you put the card and sticker right where they would cut to open the box. 😮😮😂. Loving the packing videos! They are my weekend watch when listing.

Another good packing vid, have you thought about securing the 2 & 3 inch tape dispensers to the table top? Easier one -handed operation.
@CaptainWeirdBeard695 ай бұрын
I have the same 3-inch dispenser, and it should have suction cups on the bottom. It looks like he might have removed them, though. It's probably because he likes to reposition it often. Another way to have a similar benefit to suction cups would be to glue a piece of actual rubber to the bottom. There is a kind of foam rubber like material on the bottom, but real rubber would work better.

Lonnie! How old are you? I used a TRS-80 in high school as my first computer, the first computer available and the first computer class in my school. I'm 62 and It was 1977 or 1978 when we used the Radio Shack computer. Do your viewers even know what it is??
@shedflips5 ай бұрын
I'm 50. My first computer class was in 6th grade in 1984. There were like 20 Apple 2's in the room and 2 clunky looking old TRS-80's. Two students every day had to use the Trash 80's, I always tried to get to that class quick.

QUESTION: How to do you keep up with what is in each packed box? I don't see you having any notes or preprinted labels to immediately place on boxes.

Do you know what you have to do to ship a Red Hot Chili Peppers CD? You have to give it a weight, give it a weight, give it a weight now
@katolight5 ай бұрын
How much do you add to the shipping to cover the added protection of your shipping? You obviously add quite a bit of weight to each item. This in turn adds to the overall price of your items in comparison to others?

Weathervane Pack: when you did the E W & N S parts in the same bubble I’d suggest laying the first in the middle and folding a few inches up and over, then laying the second on top of the bubble you just folded over and bringing the other bubble side up and over. You end up with a multi-layer sandwich (bubble, brass, bubble, brass, bubble) but no parts are actually touching. I pack brass drawer pulls, and similar items that way, to keep a piece of bubble between each part, while keeping the wrap compact.

Mercari Packs: since they’re still giving you Priority labels, I’m surprised you aren’t keeping at least a few free Priority boxes on hand. Each time you reach for a brown box to stick a Priority label on you’re giving up .50 -$1 per pack. In a month, depending on how many you’re selling, that’s a free lunch!
@shedflips5 ай бұрын
It's not Mercari, it's Poshmark. We might sell 5 things a month on that platform but it does add up, you are right.
