HOW TO PACK AND TRAVEL WITH BREASTMILK | Cat Arambulo-Antonio

I couldn't find the information I needed online, so I decided to do my own video on how I was able to pack and travel with my breastmilk from Switzerland to Manila (19 hour flight w layover), successfully!

I hope this video helps, encourages and inspires other moms. I just stitched together the videos and kept it as raw as possible so that I could take you with me through the breastfeeding journey of a travelling momma away from her baby.

I am happy you found a solution. But I had an interesting conversation while travelling last week concerning the extremely high levels of radiation that the airport scanning machines have. I was concerned with going through the human scanner (I'm pregnant), but the agent happily reassured me that the human scanner is more than fine ..and that the only high level of radiation is emitted from the machines which scan luggage 😓. To proove his point he even showed me the bright yellow "warning radiation" ☠sticker on the luggage scanner which most passengers overlook. So please be careful.

Hi po. il be travelling for a seminar. If during the seminar and il pump in between, do u wash the pump after pumping? Wash with water, soap then sterilize? Or just rinse it with hot water then can be re-use for the next pumping session within the day. Then wash it with soap and sterilize at the end of the day or tomoro morning

Hi! I am traveling from Texas to Italy for seven days. Do you suggest I keep all the milk just refrigerated or should I freeze some? Did the milk freeze once you put it so close to the freezer packs? Do you recommend a certain pump I should bring with me? I am worried about my Medela not being Compatible even with an adapter.
