Thanks for this Z. Always good to see what mega experienced folks like you are carrying around. I am still carrying huge mits in the bottom of my bag and I never use them... Maybe time to swap them out. Hope you are well.

I am biased, because I have poor circulation, but I would say, warm mitts should still remain in your pack. Not heavy, durable high altitude mountaineering mitts, just something warm and light. 3 OUNCES can save someone from frostbite. enlightenedequipment.com/stronghold-mittens-custom/
