That's a very cute Willie Wagtail. His personality comes shining through in your painting. Thank you so much for checking in and letting us know you're okay. We can't help but worry when we see all the reports. It's wonderful that you and other artists are getting together to use art to help the wildlife that's affected by the fires. I'm so glad the critters are being cared for and that the care is being provided by folks who appreciate their beauty.

Louise we send out light and prayers daily to you, everyone and all the animals. Living in British Columbia we experience the devastation of these wildfires every summer too and our hearts go out to you. We moved from the interior of BC to the coast back in 2006 as it is now so bad. We have also donated to Wires. A fellow Canadian on IG mentioned this charity and we were glad to know of a reputable charity we can trust. It physically hurts our hearts to witness such loss and suffering. We feel so helpless but also see how many people care and are doing their best to help all over the world. The firemen and women who so selflessly spend their lives trying to put out these fires and keep us all safe are some of the most heroic people on the planet as are all the people helping all those injured animals and people. We are so grateful to them. I am so relieved to know you are safe and pray you and your family stay that way. Thank you for another beautiful tutorial. Thank you too for helping the animals. Sending our love xo

I keep repeating to myself “ I am SO happy I found you on KZbin!”. I love your attention to details WITH the softening and the loose or lost edges. You are a fantastic teacher. Clear, easy to follow and understand. Your limited palette makes me remember to keep moving in that direction and I need to remind myself to let the colours mingle on the paper and stop fussing with them.. I love the Ozzie accent too! So sorry to hear about those horrible fires and so much damage to homes, forests and wildlife. The World IS watching and hearts are aching.. please keep posting your videos are in my favourites list and I watch some of them over and over. It shows how hard you work to get them right!
