I need a tutorial on painting a fabulous turquoise colored dragon with beautiful wings. My best friend Monique wants me to paint her a dragon. She saw the one I painted with you brown with smoke around the body I spent 9 hours putting scales and just doing things to him. I love him, I wouldn't give him to her LOL...soooo she wants a turquoise dragon 🐲🙂

Do you mean “luminous”? If so, they are transparent neon paints I use called “Holbein” 😊

I love your dragon but cannot understand why you paint over part of it in changing your background... that spoilt it for me but as I say, the dragon is beautiful... :)... hope you feel better soon... :)
