Trained as an architect the lines are very important to me. You draw so beautifully. I watch your videos and learn so much every time. Strange, I also use a 5"x7" card size paper. Thank you so much for sharing your talents. Oh, by the way, you don't need the music , but you might want to try classical that might fit your subject. I generally play Chopin, Mozart, Spanish classical dance muic played by Alicia de Llarocha or Back when I am doing something "wild". Thanks again. Vincent

I notice you use cold press on some of your paintings and hot press on others. How do you decide which one to use? Could this have been done on hot press and looked the same? Thank you very much! I painted in high detail realism for many years. That is why I prefer the smooth surface of Hot Press. I switch to Cold sometimes just because it is the preferred surface with most watercolorists.
