Your uppercase letter I is upside down. There is an arrow on the letters that should always point upwards. This is to show you which is the right way around.

Yes you are right. Its upside down. I find people in the UK are not used to cursive letter and letter I in cursive is often mistaken for an L.Hence why i use mine upside down
