I appreciate your videos of many (all?) of the witcher old world minis. I started painting minis because of this game, as a lot of others did. I started with a couple practice minis from DnD and then did the three Karves. I did my first monster a couple days ago after having it primed for a couple months, the noonwraith. I'll be sure to check out your other videos on what you did and how you did them, my next is this one, the arachas. Thanks so much for cataloging?

It looks great. I really like the stippeling effect you made on its body. Thanks for this creative idea 😊

Looks absolutely amazing! I've noticed you don't use zenithal highlighting. Being a absolute noob to painting, I'm a bit curious why you choose not to?
@krisscrafting Жыл бұрын
I think the zenithal highlighting is more effective with contrast paint, but I could be wrong 😅

@@krisscrafting Thanks for the reply 👍. I don't have contrast paint in my collection, but maybe I can experiment with combining warpaint with a wash. Makes sense though that it would give more obvious results with contrast paint though. I'm thinning my warpaints with water, which isn't exactly the same as contrast but lets more of the previous layers through.
