How to Paint Bubbles | Acrylic Painting for Beginners | Daily Challenge Painting

Hey everyone! Today I will show you how to paint acrylic realistic bubbles step by step on a black canvas, it may seem hard, but all it takes is a few little strokes of different colors to build up this realistic bubble!
This can be a very fun acrylic painting for beginners, you don't need to do complicated steps or techniques, neither do you need some special brushes, a simple round brush of a smaller size will will do. All you need to do is paint your canvas black, let it dry, then start.
TIPS:
To make your painting process easier, lay out a rainbow palette, mix your rainbow shades with a bit of white, that way all the colors are to your disposal, you can be pretty random with the colors you want to use, it doesn't have to be exactly in my order.
When you are adding the white part, make sure your brush doesn't have any colors, or else your white won't be bright etc.
If you add too much of a color, your stroke gets too thick, or end up with a muddy color, don't worry, let it dry or pick it up with a brush, then paint black over it and start again once it's dried.
Make different sizes of bubbles for practice and also for a little challenge, you can do it.

- 8 x 10 canvas
- Monte Marte Acrylic Paints: Pale Yellow, Ultramarine Blue, Yellow Green, Pink, Magenta
- Liquitex: Mars Black, Titanium White, Dioxazine Purple, Permanent Red Purple
- The orange round brush was from a set I received from ArtNFly
- S.SIMMONS BRUSH SWORD

They look really nice but when you look at them one by one. When you paint many bubbles that are close to each other then the reflections of light source should be almost in the same spot in every bubble.

I'm sorry if this was answered in the captions already, but the reflections on different bubbles can be in different areas on each then? I watched someone doing bubbles and they made the reflections in the same general area on each. I kind of want my bubbles not to appear uniform and more random but wasn't sure if they needed to be in roughly the area due to where light would hit them. 🤔 P.S. sorry it's probably a stupid question but I'm a newbie 😬

I have been trying to paint bubbles on a picture where this is an d man walking outside during the day, they do not look so real yet, just like round circles in the sky, I am thinking of putting a glossy accent or something over them in hopes that makes them look more like bubbles, I want it to look like the sun is reflecting off of them. …. Thanks for teaching I've learned so much in this tutorial! I like the pouring rainfall sound, it's so relaxing. Were the bubbles just for demonstrating the technique or doesn't it matter from which direction the light comes, physically has it to be at each bubble at the same position and same shape or am I wrong? You're not teaching any of us how to paint bubbles. Are you making it up as you go along or do you have a reference? How do you know where to paint the white source of light? How do you know what colours to place around the bubble? Should I just make it up as I go along? 🤫
