Great tutorial just in time sfor me to start on some British Line Infantry for Sharp Practice. I am impressed with the paint brushes, and they arrived 7 days after ordering :).

I'm glad you like the guides. Thanks for your support. I'll be adding to the playlist as much as my painting commissions allow. The British Infantry were a great subject.

Do you think you could do a video doing waterloo campaign uniforms with the grey trousers
@PanzerSchule4 ай бұрын
That would have been good to add to this guide as an alternative. I can't see the opportunity coming up soon to do another but here are the colours I would use, Base Coat - Black (to be left visible only as the external shade. Shade Colour - German Grey. Main Coat - Dark Grey. Highlight - London Grey. I hope that helps!

Hello, I use Vallejo paints which are a fantastic range. The colours used are listed in the description. Buying paints can be expensive. I find myself using core colours to keep costs down. The list will help you focus in on colours you will need. I have done this across lots of the painting guides. Check the channel playlists. Any questions, just ask. I hope you enjoy the brushes and happy painting!

Hi, what did you prime the model with? Was it black or more of a white?
@PanzerSchule2 ай бұрын
When I'm starting a mini, I don't think of priming in the normal sense. I begin with what I call a shade coat. For these figures I gave the white areas a shade coat of London Grey and the other areas a shade cost of German Camo Black Brown. I then layer up from there. So the final colour will influence my shade/undercoat.
