Lovely guide to paint a body. I did tons of those back in the day. If you heat the paintcan up in warm water for 15 minutes before painting, it should not be spitting. The heat helps the paint to flow better out the nozzle.

Marble is just setting a base coat then layering on another color and using Saran wrap or even a balled up news paper and dabbing the wet paint gently revealing pieces of base coat creating a marble effect. Easy. Custom painting is easy, the hard part is laying even coats without zebra stripes and keeping it clean without fish eyes. Anything you want to learn is here on KZbin. Research.

Absolutely gorgeous! When I moved from off-road to on-road I grabbed a mk3 Escort shell. Went for a metallic blue with white racing stripes, and the white final coat really made it pop.

gotta love how his childeren are involved always :) puts a smile on my face. i also try to get my sistert of 10 to help me when i do stuff on quads fixing things, or build a pc i ask her the bolts or something. depends on the day sometimes she wanna help sometimes she just i being anoying. got my 7 year old sister she always wants to help but she has 2 left hands lol and is still more a child and prefers to play outside or with dolls and clean up. bit of a princess.

I had a Frog. That was my first RC car. It's been a long time for me. The last kit that I put together was a Clod Buster that i put a Grace Digger body on. The reason for the drops when you sprayed the Trans Red is either not shaking long enough or not heating up the bottle. Translucent paint is pretty sensitive to that. I always put is in a little bit of warm water before I start.

Proliferating.com has a tool that suctions to the body so it is easier to hold while painting. Also try placing the cans in room temp water for awhile then shake them up really good. Nice job!! 👍🏼👍🏼
