Ive done rc since 1977. Everything from cars, boats, planes, helicopters, u name it, ive done. Recently got back into flying, 3 months before covid. Ive raced professionally with kinwald, the Losi group, etc. 1st time in my life ive ever seen this! I subbed & will be using YOUR method on my next body!

Awesome! Glad you liked it. I do mostly cars and trucks - bashers and crawlers. I do have a boat, but haven’t driven it yet and the only ones I fly are drones. Have not had a chance to try a helicopter or plane.

@XXLRC eh.. it's ok the dish soap got runny. I didn't want to just cake the first coat on i sprayed light coats and by the third the soap started running.. it looks cool though I'll try again maybe thicker soap?

You could definitely try it. I think the best way to get metallic would be to use a clear metallic before spraying the neon colors.

Rinse the soap immediately after spraying the black. I know it sounds weird to spray fresh paint with water, but it will not wash it off.

I did not scuff the inside. Just washed it with soap and water to get any of the mold release off.

It should last just as long as any other. I used paint made for polycarbonate. I guess it depends on how hard you bash. As for mine - I haven’t even run it. It’s for my Maxxpede project truck. Thanks for watching!

I believe if you put the stickers in water they will come off and put them on wet so you can move them around if you need to
