Are you not a fan of washes? Seems like the stegadon/khorne mix would bee a good spot for druchi violet

I don't mind using washes though I find when I use layer paints as washes I have a bit more control of the consistency.

I love your use of colour to add the depth of your red squig. Do you paint any other coloured squig?
