Your videos are great tutorials. I am a complete newbie learning from scratch. Can you comment on which brushes you use and WHEN you use them and WHY? It would be very helpful. Thank you for the content.

Thanks for watching. You only need 1 to 3 brushes, and use only one almost all the time. A soft bristle "round" brush, sable if you can afford one. Don't be afraid to use a size 2 instead of a tiny sized double zero, for example. The important thing is that your brush has a very nice sharp tip. You don't need a "smaller" size for that, just a good tip. So I have a size 0, 1 and 2 on hand, "round" sable, and try to use the #2 most of the time. Cheers!
