Enjoying your videos. The rider in this project is actually human with robotic add-ons. Lots of add-ons! The Horse / hound is just that. It's a robot from the year 40k. All past records have been lost to war. What little is left doesn't go into much detail. They're research shows that man use to ride something, so....
