How to Paint The Old Masters in Watercolour - John William Waterhouse “BOREAS”

A look into my world of daily painting .
I have been studying John William Waterhouse, and recently started to paint a copy of " Boreas" painted in 1903.
In this video I show you my progress of painting this beautiful lady.
The colours I use are listed in the video. I also explain the use of complimentary colours to mix lovely muted darks.
My paper is Baohong 300gsm cold pressed watercolour paper. This is a new paper I have found, which is very similar to Arches. It is lovely to paint on 💕
